Digital Partner Packages.
Ongoing work to keep you visible and answerable — the audit findings turned into a monthly rhythm rather than a one-off report.
What is a digital partner package?
A monthly retainer where I look after your online presence as if it were my own business: search and AI visibility, Google Business Profile, content that answers the questions customers ask, and the fixes to your site that each month's data points at. Three tiers, no minimum term, with a monthly report in plain English showing what changed and why.
Visibility is not a project you finish. Assistants re-read the web constantly, competitors publish, and answers move. A package keeps someone on it.
Three tiers, and the difference between them is volume and access rather than seriousness — Foundation is the same work at a slower cadence. Most businesses start there and move up when they can see it working.
No minimum term. If it stops earning its place, say so and we will stop.
Questions people ask.
- What is the difference between the three tiers?
- Hours and scope. The entry tier covers visibility maintenance: profiles, reviews, monitoring and small site fixes. The middle tier adds monthly content written to be quoted by assistants. The top tier adds automation and ongoing build work. The tiers are listed on this page with what each includes.
- Is there a minimum term?
- No. It is monthly; if it stops earning its place, say so and it stops. Everything built during the retainer stays yours: the content, the profiles, the code, the accounts.
- How is this different from an SEO agency?
- Two ways. I run service businesses myself, so the work is aimed at the phone ringing rather than at a ranking report. And the retainer covers AI answers as well as Google, which most local SEO packages do not yet touch.
- What do I get each month?
- A short written report: what was done, what the numbers did, and what next month's priority is. Enquiries, calls and where they came from, not just impressions. If a month did nothing measurable, the report says so.
