Social work
Years of sitting with people on the worst day of their week. It teaches you to listen properly, to ask the question underneath the question, and to be straight with someone about what will actually help.

Running the companies
Two trading companies, run day to day. Quotes, schedules, staff, the invoice that has not been paid. The software available to a business that size was either a spreadsheet or a subscription designed for someone forty times larger.

Building the software
We built what we needed. A room board because the corridor is where the work happens. A booking engine because fifteen percent to a platform is a lot of money for a job a website can do.

The same work, for other people. Everything sold here has been through our own operation first — which is a strong incentive to get it right, and the reason the prices are published.
How we work.

Prices are published. If something genuinely cannot be priced from a page, it says so and the call is twenty minutes.

Scope is fixed in writing before work starts. No day rates, no scope conversation in week six.

You own everything. Domain, hosting account, code, source files. If you want to move it, take it.

If a cheaper tool solves your problem, we will tell you that instead of taking the work.
